The 2022 PRM Non-Profit Executive Compensation Survey is available for purchase. New for 2022, the survey includes an Excel file of the data so you can more easily integrate PRM's data as a resource. The survey typically has over 350 participant organizations and covers compensation, broad-based and supplemental benefits and pay practices. Base salary data for each position is analyzed by organization type, revenue size, staff size, geographic location, and time in position. Benefits and practices data are reported for the overall survey as well as by organization type.
The survey is published every year in late summer. It is the only PRM survey that is made available for purchase although customized data analysis is offered. Non-profit organizations receive a discount on the purchase price. Survey bundles that include past issues are also available. Nonprofit organizations qualify for a discount on the purchase of the Survey or the Big Bundle which includes past issues.
